In the pivotal year of 1999, Terzian founded NTA TALENT AGENCY, known as Nick Terzian and Associates, in Los Angeles, California. This venture marked a significant milestone as the agency secured a SAG (SCREEN ACTORS GUILD) franchise.

NTA's inception saw a specialization in television commercials, later evolving into a comprehensive talent and modeling agency.
